Autographed Cover

How can I protect the autographed visor in my truck?

I have finally received my visor that was autographed by my favorite Nascar driver. He signed the mirror cover on the visor. The cover is either vinyl or plastic and it looks like it was signed with a black Sharpie. What are some options to protect it from damage and UV?

Try to find some clear plastic that has an adhesive backing. If you can’t find it, go to the drug store and ask them for the clear plastic bandages. Make sure you get the size you need before you go there and don’t wash the spot or try to cover it with finger nail polish. The polish will look good at first but will flake off like it does on the fingers.

EDIT Just thought that the autograph may be harmed by the sun rays so why not reverse the visors and put the autographed one on the right side? It will be seen more and not tipped to keep the sun out as much as if it were on the drivers side.
