What to do with a rare football card?
I recently bought a 2008 Playoff Contenders Round Numbers Autographs card. It’s a rookie card with Matt Ryan and Darren McFadden autographs on it. I bought it because I felt like it is worth more than what I payed for it. Would it be best to resell it now or wait for it to gain value?
There are no guarantees that something will become very valuable, but it’s best to hold onto it unless you absolutely need some money. Make sure you have it in a sleeve of some sort. Keep it in a place that is not moist at all, where the temperature doesn’t vary too much. No light either. The condition of a card is extremely important, especially as more time passes.
Take care of that thing and maybe some day you’ll hit the jackpot.
