Is a partnership agreement legally binding if it hasn’t been signed but the business is open?

I have recently opened a business with 5 people. There are disagreements about running the business which may lead to resignations. Are the partners entitled to a stake of the business even if an agreement hasn’t been signed? The business has officially been open for almost 8 weeks.

Act quickly to establish ‘ Heads of terms’ of partnership termination- for the avoidance of doubt
The fact that ‘partners ‘ have left implies partnership has been dissolved.

ensure that there is no risk that former partners and owners can undermine remaining partners/ owners business interests

Were any bank or legal agreements signed and guarantees issued?

Perhaps formal letters written and signed by partners/ parties to original business should be sent out, to avoid misunderstandings

In all probability this is a very modest enterprise , with little risk of financial failure and legal implications — but this needs to be investigated for avoidance of doubt.Were there any employees?
